At Om Arts, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality paintings, wall art, showpieces, and home décor products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Clear photographs or videos of the issue must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-sized artworks
  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund in cases involving:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

Replacement availability depends on stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos/videos immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting images.

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.
